The added boron helps play a huge role assisting with calcium balance through Vitamin D metabolism and estrogen.

Calcium (as MCHC and dicalcium phosphate)	626 milligrams
Phosphorus (as MCHC and dicalcium phosphate)	398 milligrams
Microcrystalline Hydroxyapatite Concentrate (MCHC)†	1,500 milligrams
Boron (as boron citrate)	300 micrograms
Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, silica, and coating (deionized water, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, and carrageenan).

Great bone supplement from Metagenics. Not very expensive either. Was having really terrible menopause symptoms, but this helped me after about a month of taking it.
